Casinacho Games

★★★★☆ 4.4 Editor rating

Casinacho Games is a collection app, which usually makes me nervous, but this one keeps things focused. You get a handful of short arcade-style mini-games packed into a single menu, and each one loads instantly even in airplane mode. I played the whole thing on a two-hour bus ride without once seeing a loading spinner.

The controls are all tap and swipe, nothing fiddly. A couple of the games lean on timing, like lining up falling shapes or tapping a target as it drifts past, while others are slower puzzle rounds you can take at your own pace. Progress is saved locally, so you can quit mid-round and the app remembers where you were.

What stood out to me was the pacing. There's no pressure to rush, no popups begging you to come back later. It's the kind of app you open for five minutes and quietly lose twenty. The visuals are clean and readable on a small screen, which matters more than people admit.
